Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Lone Star Casket for your casket purchase. We understand that the purchase of a casket is a difficult and emotional decision, and we strive to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Our return policy is as follows:
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@LoneStarCasket.com or (713) 545-5926 within this timeframe.
- If the casket has already been delivered and accepted by the funeral home, we are unable to accept returns.
- If a return is accepted, the casket must be in the same condition as it was received, with all original packaging and materials. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
- Once the return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
